Equation is different: it's an AI-assisted diagnostic and coaching methodology, built by HomeNOW Institute under the Wealth Creation Initiative, that evaluates a person's real financial picture across five key pillars and produces one number and one date: their Acquisition Date (AD). Not "someday." A projected date they can plan their life around — whether they're acquiring a primary residence or building toward their first income-producing rental property.

Before you apply
Do I need a real estate license to become a Certified H.O.U.S.E. Equation Coach?+
No. No license of any kind — real estate, mortgage, or financial — is required to qualify as a CHEC. This is a proprietary certification earned through our training and exam, not a government or industry license. If you're already a licensed agent or lender, you can earn real estate commissions and lending referral fees on top of your coaching income — but a license is never a requirement to start.
Do I need real estate investing experience?+
No. The certification training teaches you the full methodology — the five H.O.U.S.E. pillars, the coaching conversation, and how the diagnostic tools work — from the ground up. The technical qualifying math is handled by the MAD App; your role is the coaching relationship.
Is the certification training live, or is it self-paced?+
It's fully digital and self-paced — there's no live training day and no fixed schedule. Complete four study sessions inside the MAD App on your own time, then take the 20-question certification quiz whenever you're ready. Score 80% or higher (16 of 20) to earn your CHEC designation, valid for 12 months with annual renewal.
How do I actually get paid as a coach?+
Coaches earn 25% of margin on standalone H.O.U.S.E. Equation products, on Lendavo business credit referrals, and on 25% of the recurring revenue for every month a student stays enrolled in paid coaching (Founders Tribe). Beyond that, coaches can step into active ecosystem roles — Real Estate Collaborator, Acquisition Partner, Disposition Partner — to earn cash, cash flow, and equity directly in student deals. If you're already a licensed real estate agent or lender, you can also earn real estate and lending commissions on top of coaching income.
Is this a full-time job or something I do alongside other work?+
Most coaches build this alongside existing work or another business — it's designed to layer in as a coaching relationship and referral income stream, not require you to quit your day job to start.
Who do I actually coach — where do students come from?+
