Your referrals attend a free H.O.U.S.E. Equation workshop — no cost to them, no barrier to entry. They run the AI-assisted H.O.U.S.E. Equation app and receive a personalized blueprint that includes a specific, projected closing date based on their actual cash flow, credit profile, rental history, employment, and debt position. Not a feeling. Not an estimate. A date built from their real numbers.

The Coaching — Five Pillars, Milestone by Milestone
Enrolled students enter a structured coaching program under your guidance. You work through each of the five H.O.U.S.E. pillars — cash flow, credit, rental history, employment, debt management — milestone by milestone, at the student's pace. They remain connected to you the entire way, building a depth of trust that no other agent in the market has the opportunity to build. How the Referral Works: When a student you coached closes on a home, you contribute a 25% referral fee from your real estate commission to the HomeNOW Institute partner brokerage. This applies only at closing — it is a standard real estate referral, not a participation fee. You earn the coaching income, the Lendavo commission, and the home sale commission independently of this fee.
The H.O.U.S.E. Equation Coach (CHEC) certification and the RPM Partnership Coach certification are two independent designations — neither is a prerequisite for the other. Both are invitation-only, with strict limits on the number of nominations accepted per partner. Each stands alone as a complete income and career path. Together, they cover every person in your database.

RPM Partnership System · Structured Elevation Pathway
The RE Co-Collaborator Designation
RPM Partnership Coaches who complete the Disposition Partner gateway and begin building a network of qualified capital partners (RPM Landlord Partners) are eligible for the RE Co-Collaborator designation — the documented, milestone-based step between active deal participation and the full Real Estate Collaborator designation. Co-Collaborators build a network representing up to $750,000 in combined deployable capital, participate in deal equity and cash flow without deploying personal capital, and build the verified track record that earns the REC designation. It is not a title that is given — it is a position that is built. And it begins with the same network every coach already has.
Both certifications are available exclusively by invitation from an active RPM Strategic Partner. Neither is offered through open enrollment — each partner holds a limited number of nominations and is responsible for identifying candidates who meet the program standard. Strict student caps apply to the CHEC track to protect coach quality and client outcomes.
